Disposition versions
23. The holder of a licence that is suspended for part of a 12-month period for which payment of the annual insurance contribution set under section 12 was to be made and received an insurance contribution refund, must pay, on lifting of the suspension, the insurance contribution for that subsequent portion of time not covered by the suspension, in order to again obtain authorization to drive until the end of the period.
